Product overview
Dry ice cleaning is far more efficient as a service: the machine, the compressor, the dry air requirement, pellet logistics and nozzle experience stay with us — you simply take over a clean line.
The process: survey (on site or by video) → safety plan → sample area test → cleaning → before/after photo report and maintenance advice. We have worked across dozens of sectors, from food plants to cement works, print houses and power stations.
Where it is used
Electrical cabinets & PLC
A dielectric method: removes dust, oil and carbon build-up without cutting power and eliminates short-circuit risk.
Food production lines
Burnt oil, caramelised sugar and biofilm are removed without chemicals; the line reaches a sanitised standard without touching water.
Moulds and injection tooling
Hot moulds are cleaned in place without disassembly or cooling — tool geometry is not worn down.
Tanks and process vessels
Internal residue removed under confined-space procedure; stainless surfaces handed back at mirror finish.
