−78.5 °C · solid CO₂
Dry Ice
Industrial dry ice in pellet, nugget and block form.
About this category
Dry ice is carbon dioxide solidified at −78.5 °C — it never melts, leaves no water and turns straight back into gas (sublimation). HMA presses food-grade CO₂ every morning: 3 mm pellets for blasting, 10–16 mm pellets for cold chain and high-density blocks or slices with minimum sublimation loss. Every batch passes a sublimation and hygiene check.
