Product overview
3 mm pellets are the standard feed for dry ice blasting machines. The denser and drier the pellet is pressed, the less it shatters in the air stream — it behaves like a projectile rather than a puff of gas. HMA pellets are pressed the same day: your machine will not clog and your blasting pattern stays constant.
Outside blasting, fine pellets are also preferred for small packages that need precise cooling (samples, kits, blood products) because they fill every void around the product.

Safety notes
- Never store in a sealed container; subliming CO₂ builds up pressure.
- Skin contact causes cryogenic burns — always use cryogenic gloves.
- CO₂ accumulates in unventilated spaces and can cause asphyxiation — ensure ventilation.
